Market and Food Vendors are invited to join us at the 2024 San Jacinto Fall Fandango on Saturday, October 19, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. This outdoor event, set against the backdrop of the historic San Jacinto Monument in La Porte, Texas, draws between 500 and 1,000 attendees throughout the day. It offers a picturesque setting for a day filled with living history activities, family-friendly saloon games, historical cooking demonstrations, talented artisans, and engaging reenactments.

We are seeking artisans, craftsmen, farmers, bakers, specialty food producers, local businesses, food trucks & booths, and nonprofits.

Space is Limited! Apply early to secure your spot as vendor spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Applications close on October 4, 2024, or sooner if spaces fill up.

No Political Campaign Booths Allowed

Vendor Setup: Load-in and setup is from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. Streets will be open for unloading and will close promptly at 9:00 a.m.

Vendor Tear-Down: Load-out begins at 3:00 p.m. Vehicles can enter the festival area once streets are cleared from pedestrian traffic.

Vendor Space Details: Each vendor will receive ONE (1) 10 x 10 space close to the main attendee thoroughfare.

Please Note: Tables, tents, chairs, electricity, and water are not provided.

Food Truck and Booth Vendor Information: You must provide your own one-day permits from Harris County Public Health (Application will open in September). A copy of the health permit MUST be submitted to the event coordinator prior to the event date and posted at your booth the day of the event.
