LIGHTFOOT, HENRY L. - Was issued Bounty Certificate No. 4670 for 320 acres of land December 8, 1840 for having served in the army from February 28, to May 30, 1836. He was living in Clark County, Arkansas, May 29, 1850 with his wife, Sarah, when he sold the certificate to John Wilson. On December 8, 1840 he received Donation Certificate No. 1096 for 640 acres of land for having been detailed to guard the baggage at the camp opposite Harrisburg, April 21, 1836.
