Description
Masonic apron. Cream silk apron with designs drawn in pencil. Illustrations include: two pillars with globes (earth on left and astronomical globe on right pillar). At center, a large alter surrounded by images including the scales, a beehive, a long boat, and two hands. A temple with checkerboard floor is at center of the altar. Images of the sun and moon with stars is drawn above the altar. Fair condition, moderate fraying (loss of portion of borders); fragile fabric - discoloration, border pieces folded, tears - more significant at top. Moderate staining.
